Wouldn't a just God prefer reincarnation over heaven and hell?

For example, if a child is born stillborn, one automatically umes that the child will go to heaven. Yet, would it be fair for martyrs, saints, and other people who had lived long lives of suffering only to end up reaching the same place as an infant who was spared from such a brutal test? If you say that people who had proven themselves towards God ascend to higher plains of heaven, then where's the justice in that? The child didn't have the opprotunity to end up in that higher plain. Not only this, but the fact that the world is so unequal when the only reason we're here is to be tested by God. Why are people born rich or poor? crippled or strong? mentally disabled or genious? If we all are supposed to take the same test, shouldn't we all have been given the same advantages beforehand? And the concept of hell? Why would a just God create such a brutal punishment for a test he KNOWS that many are bound to fail? The belief sytems who advocate reincarnation don't face this problem because people have the opprotunity to prove themselves in God's eyes over and over until they finally accomplish it, and if they have committed crimes and attrocities in their previous life, their next life will be filled with grief and sadness until their immortal souls had learned to ammend their ways. This system seems more fair and humane than the "burn forever if you don't impress me" ideology
