I am having all the symptoms for diabetes i need to know if menopause & diabetes symptoms can be the same?

i am 44 (natural menopause age) already been going thru it for last 16 years due to hysterectomy even tho i get 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night my exhaustion is worsening
