Who else thinks that master Mel Gibson was born about a century too late?

Yes, he seems to be either losing it or is getting to an age where he really doesn't care what anybody thinks and seems to think he can be as offensive as possible. I used to really like him as an actor but I find I can't watch his films any more without thinking what a phoney he is.
