Im interested in running a non-profit organization, can u help me?

Hi, my name is jordan, im 20 years old, i live on a indian reservation, and around here there is almost nothing to do but drink and use, i want to start a program that gives people opportunities to do other thing's such as helping out at local retirement homes or residential area's and in reward we would take a trip around the US every once or twice a year, to do thing's such as rock climbing, six flags, white water rafting, all the thing's people normally don't get to do around here. I heard i have to take to P-2-P (pathway to prosperity) i just wanted to know the steps i should take before i tackle something large like this, thank you!
