Can I get accepted to Temple University?

I'm a sopre in HS. My freshman year I took two honors courses and got an 86 average (2.918 gpa). This year I've taken one honor course and will finish with about an 88 average. I'm ranked 180 out of 377. Over my next two years I hope to get at least a 91 average in all of my cles. I am on the varsity swim team and have a little over 100 hours of community service. I am in French club as well. My PSAT scores were in the 1500's. Is this enough to be accepted to Temple University? Also both my parents went to Temple.
