What do i need to go to the czech republic to live?

Citizens of every country except Slovakia require a visa to spend more than 90 days in the Czech Republic. It used to be fairly easy to live in the Czech Republic without a visa, however, with the Czech Republic joining Schengen at the end of December, the entry/exit rules are much stricter.
