How do PSAT and SAT scores compare?

I'm in 7th grade and got 57 on reading and math (i got a 57 on each), and a 53 on writing. With all the conversions and stuff it comes out to 1670. If I were to take the SAT would it be higher or lower than that. Basically I'm asking if the PSAT is as hard as the SAT.
